Agreement to these terms
By using this website or booking any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or our services. You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
Our services
We provide pet care services including daycare, boarding, grooming, walking, training and veterinary visits, as described on this site. Descriptions and prices may change from time to time. We may refuse or stop a service if we believe it is unsafe for your pet, other animals or our staff.
Bookings and payments
A booking is confirmed only when we have accepted it. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time agreed when you book. We may ask for a deposit for boarding or longer stays.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you are the owner or authorised carer of the pet, that your pet is vaccinated as required and, to the best of your knowledge, healthy and not aggressive. Please tell us about any medical conditions, medication, allergies or behaviour issues before the service starts.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change a booking, please let us know as early as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. We will do our best to offer an alternative date.
Emergencies and liability
If your pet needs urgent veterinary care while in our care and we cannot reach you, you authorise us to arrange treatment on your behalf; any reasonable veterinary costs will be payable by you. We take every care with your pet, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for illness, injury or loss that is not caused by our negligence.
