How do I book a service?

Use the Book an Appointment page, call or WhatsApp us on +91 9752245115, or email hello@zinuxtech.com. We confirm every booking by phone or email before it starts.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, please. Grooming and boarding are best booked two to three days ahead. Daycare and walks can often be arranged for the same day if a slot is free.

Can I visit before I book?

Of course. We are happy to show you around and meet your pet first. Just call ahead so someone is free to give you a proper tour.

Can I change or cancel a booking?

Yes. Call, WhatsApp or email us as early as you can. Changes made with at least 24 hours’ notice are free. See our Terms of Use for late cancellations.

Which areas do you cover?

Our centre is in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Walking and pick-up / drop-off are available across Indore city. Boarding, daycare and grooming take place at our centre.

What services do you offer?

Daycare, boarding, grooming, dog walking, training and veterinary visits. Each service has its own page under Services in the menu with full details.

What does a daycare day look like?

Supervised play in small groups, quiet rest time, water always available and meals given exactly as you instruct. We send you a quick update during the day.

What should I pack for boarding?

Your pet’s usual food, any medicines with written instructions, a favourite blanket or toy, and the vaccination card. Familiar things help pets settle faster.

Do you offer pick-up and drop-off?

Yes, within Indore for a small extra charge. Tell us your address when you book and we will suggest a time window.

How long is a walk?

Walks are 30 or 60 minutes, on a lead, either solo or in a small group of well-matched dogs. You choose the length when you book.

Do you take cats and other pets?

We care for dogs and cats. Small pets such as rabbits and birds can be arranged in advance; please ask us first.

Which vaccinations are required?

Dogs: rabies and DHPP. Cats: rabies and FVRCP. All pets must also be up to date on deworming and flea / tick treatment. Please bring the vaccination card on the first visit.

What if my pet falls ill while with you?

We call you straight away. If it is urgent and we cannot reach you, our partner vet treats your pet first and we update you as soon as possible.

Can you give my pet medication?

Yes. Hand us the medicine with clear written instructions (dose and timing) and we will give it on schedule at no extra charge.

Is your team trained?

Every team member is trained in animal handling and pet first aid. Pets are supervised at all times and are never left alone with animals they do not get along with.

How much do your services cost?

Prices depend on the service, your pet’s size and how often you need us. Call or WhatsApp us for a quick quote. There are no hidden charges.

How can I pay?

Cash, UPI or bank transfer at the time of the service. For boarding and longer stays we ask for a small deposit when you book.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the service are free. Later cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full.

Do you offer packages?

Yes. Monthly walking and daycare packages come at a lower rate than single visits. Ask us for the current package prices.
